You may return any unopened package within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns due to non-quality issues are at the customer's expense, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: If you have installed an SPD cleat into your cycling shoes, your return may be denied (even if the cleat has subsequently been removed) as this damages the soleplate.

Refund:

All eligible returns will be refunded in full to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receipt of the returned shoes.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
